Once the payment is processed, the purchased crypto will be credited to your Funding Account.
Here you can buy cryptocurrency in two ways: via integrated third-party exchangers or via P2P deals with other users. Choose the preferred method, the currency and the payment option, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Select the coin, then choose an exchanger from the list and click Buy Now.
You will be redirected to the exchanger’s webpage or a payment form will appear in the interface.
Enter the amount and select the payment method, then confirm the exchange. You may be required to complete a verification procedure (KYC); specific requirements and steps will be provided by the partner/exchanger during the purchase process.
After successful payment, the coins will be credited to your spot balance (or to the address specified in the payment form).
Select the coin, then go to the P2P section and click Buy Now.
You will be redirected to a payment system or shown the seller’s instructions. Make the payment to the card specified by the payment system, then attach the receipt or a screenshot of the payment in the deal interface and submit it for verification.
After the seller confirms the payment (or after automatic verification), the cryptocurrency will be credited to your spot balance.
Depending on the exchanger and the P2P seller: bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, mobile payments and other methods. Available options are displayed when you select an exchanger or an offer.
Exchangers: usually from a few minutes up to an hour — depends on the payment method and processing.
P2P: depends on how quickly the seller confirms the payment — from a few seconds up to 15 minutes. The deal status is displayed in the interface.
Requirements depend on the exchanger and the seller. Verification may not be required for some P2P purchases, but certain offers or exchangers can request KYC. Any verification requirements will be shown during the checkout process.
